Our expectation is that the buyer will be happy and satisfied. So we always try to deliver the item before the delivery time. Free return, exchange, and refund within 30 days if not happy.
We ship only in the United Kingdom.

- Order cut-off time: The order cut-off time will be 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Times (London).
- Handling time: Domestic order handling time is 1 to 2 business days, fulfilled (Monday to Friday).
- Transit time (Shipping time): Domestic shipments are in transit for 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).

We use Royal Mail, Evri or Yodel to deliver the products.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, at contact@capstry.co.uk
